About Miles Salisbury

I don't believe in surface-level solutions. For over a decade, I’ve been dedicated to helping men and women move through their toughest challenges to achieve profound mental clarity, relational strength, and realized potential. I’m not here to present a perfect, polished life story. Like many of my clients, I’ve navigated intense highs and devastating lows, the kind that strip everything away. My professional background is extensive, and it’s why I understand both the relentless pressure of performance and the quiet terror of collapse.

My practice is built on a simple, non-negotiable premise: Honest feedback leads to lasting results. I offer a direct, no-BS approach paired with a deep, compassionate understanding of our shared human constraints.

My unique credibility and therapeutic depth come from working successfully across the widest spectrum of human experience. I have worked extensively inside the jail system, with first responders, veterans, and all walks of life. I have counseled individuals facing profound trauma, addiction, and rock bottom. This experience taught me the raw truth about accountability and the fierce, foundational work required to rebuild a life from zero. Simultaneously, I’ve coached high-performing executives, elite professionals, athletes, and leaders focused on strategic advantage, leadership skills, and optimization under crushing pressure.

I know the mental scaffolding that works for an executive is often similar to the scaffolding needed to rebuild a life in crisis.

Like many of you, I've had to navigate the profound pain of loss; the loss of key relationships, the loss of the life I thought I was supposed to have, having the goal posts moved on me, and unfortunate events that “were never supposed to happen”. I'm no stranger to the coping mechanisms that follow, nor the slow, god-awful work of recovery. My journey through my own "rock bottom" began the real work-the marination and expansion that moved me beyond simply surviving to thriving.

My commitment is simple: If you are ready to be challenged and genuinely seen, let's start building the foundation for your next chapter.
